In this 4 hour workshop you will learn about plant aromatics and the different processes to create essential oils, hydrosols, and flower essences.  You will spend time harvesting aromatic plants while learning more about distilling using a copper alembic still.  Part science and lecture, part spirit and hands on. You will go home with a hydrosol and information on how to create your own hydrosol and/or flower waters at home using items you may have at home and plants harvested from your own garden.  All materials will be provided.  Light snacks included.
