In this class you will learn about the proper timing for harvesting herbs at their peak and how to preserve them for off season use. The class will also include an expanded version of our “5 Easy Steps for Making Herbal Infusions, Vinegars, Tinctures, and Oils!” that introduces you to the processes mentioned. Actual harvesting and processing will be done, so dress for light garden/plant work. You will go home with materials to create the herbal product of your choice. All materials will be provided. Class size is limited.
