Our culinary lavender is a blend of several varieties of Lavendula angustifolia that we grow here on the farm following the organic methods we have always practiced.  We love to incorporate lavender into many of our baked goods, short bread, scones, cakes, as well as creating simple syrups to add to beverages. There are many savory uses as well, and is a key lavender in any provence herb blends.   A little goes a long way 2.5 oz (70.87 gr) bag.  Mostly buds, may be a few small stems.
