We have captured the essence of Rose Geraniums with the hydro distillation of our organic plants.  We start by harvesting during peak times then distilling using our copper alembic still. This is the same process used to extract essential oils from plants.  More plants than we can grow are needed to produce essential oils which would be separated from the hydrolate.  We keep both the essential oils extracted with the distillate together to create this whole plant artisanal hydrosol.  Subtle rose floral notes followed by an earthy, grounding whole plant aroma.
