We have captured the essence of Rosemary using steam distillation of our organically grown plants. We start by harvesting during peak times then distilling using our copper alembic still. This is the same process used to extract essential oils from plants. More plants than we can grow are needed to produce essential oils which would be separated from the hydrolate. We keep both the essential oils extracted with the distillate together to create this whole plant artisanal hydrosol. High camphoric notes you would expect followed by an earthy, grounding whole plant aroma. Shake and spritz anytime on your hair, your skin, or in the air.  Rosemary is the herb of remembrance.
